Personal Data Protection Notice
We care about the security of the personal data you share through the Campus Suit website. This notice explains how personal data is processed within the scope of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
2. Personal Data We Process
If you use the enquiry or pre-registration form, we may process your full name, telephone number, school/university information, room preference, information entered in the message field and submission date. During website use, visitor analytics data may also be processed, including IP address, approximate country/city/region derived from IP, internet service provider, device and browser information, pages visited, click and form interactions, referrer information and Google Ads/UTM campaign parameters.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data may be processed to receive and manage enquiries, contact you, provide suitable room and service information, follow up applications, improve service quality, prevent abuse and spam, maintain information security and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds
Personal data may be processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK, including necessity for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights and freedoms. Personal data may be collected electronically through forms on campussuit.com, telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail and similar communication channels by automated or partially automated means.

To the extent required for the stated purposes, personal data may be shared with hosting, communication, notification and technical service providers, competent public authorities and legally authorised parties in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the processing purpose and applicable statutory retention periods. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, learn the third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, request notification of such actions to third parties, object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
9. Applications and Contact
You may submit KVKK-related requests through the contact channels shown on the Campus Suit website together with information sufficient to verify your identity. Requests are handled within the statutory periods according to their nature.
10. Changes to This Notice
